Mobility and body maintenance

Pole4Fit offers excellent facilities for mobility and body maintenance classes at both locations, catering to beginners and professionals alike.

Mobility and body maintenance

For mobility and body maintenance classes, it's advisable to wear form-fitting clothes like long pants and a t-shirt or tank top. Participants should remove all jewelry, watches, etc. Keep your nails short and tie back long hair. Shoes are not required, but socks may be useful.

The class includes a variety of active and static mobility exercises for the whole body, with a special focus on lower body mobility. The class is suitable for all levels.

In the stretching class, you get to try versatile mobility exercises both with a partner and on your own.

During the class, all major muscle groups are addressed, and various long-lasting, strengthening, and relaxing movement sequences are performed. The class enhances flexibility, which promotes progress in acrobatic disciplines, and helps to restore your body amidst training and everyday life.

In the Pilates class, you get to try comprehensive body control.

Pilates is a refined body control technique aimed at building a strong and functional core. The training progresses through dynamic sequences of movements synchronized with breathing. It is both strengthening and muscle-opening at the same time.

The class is suitable for both beginners and those already practicing the discipline.

In the flexibility acrobatics class, we focus on improving the overall flexibility of the body through various passive and active stretches. We also explore classic flexibility acrobatic positions, such as different bridges, one-legged balances, and elbow or handstands. You may bring your own stretching band and yoga block if desired. The class is suitable for all levels.

You can join a class at any time without commitment. Courses are comprehensive programs where by enrolling, you commit to attending the same course for its entire duration. Course-based training is particularly suitable for those who want to practice weekly at a regular time with a familiar group and instructor.
