The course teaches the basic skills of pole acrobatics while playing and moving together. Participants learn, among other things, to spin on their hands and to climb, sit, and stand on the pole. The class also introduces various circus exercises, such as the basics of floor acrobatics. The course develops coordination, strength, and flexibility in a versatile way

As a first-timer, you can get a 5-class pass for only 50€! You can use this offer if you are a new customer or a returning customer who hasn't made any bookings in the past 12 months. You can purchase the pass when you arrive at the studio for your first class. The card is valid 3 months from the purchase.
Are you wondering what to bring to your first class or what the difference is between a course and a week class? Below, you'll find answers to all the most commonly asked questions.
The doors will be opened 15 minutes before the lesson begins. Please arrive on time. Remember to check in at the office upon arrival. The doors will be locked during the classes.
For circus and aerial yoga classes, it's advisable to bring a water bottle along with form-fitting attire such as full-length pants and a sleeved, snug-fitting top that covers the armpits completely. Participants should remove all jewelry, watches, etc., and ensure that their workout attire doesn't have zippers or any other sharp or abrasive objects. Please also remove any makeup that may stain, keep your nails short, and tie back long hair. Socks may come in handy.
For pole dancing classes, in addition to a water bottle and a small towel for cleaning the pole, you need very short sleeved shorts, as friction between the skin and the pole is crucial in this activity. Please prepare for warm-up exercises with a long-sleeved shirt and long pants. Remove all jewelry, watches, etc., during the class.

All beginner classes as well as Poletech 1 classes are suitable for first-timers, and you can join them at any time.
Except for children's courses, the minimum age for our classes is 14 years old. Participants under 18 years require parental consent to participate.
Please remember to cancel your booking and waitlist spots no later than 12 hours before the class begins through our online booking system. After this, cancellations are possible in case of illness with a doctor's note. In case of sudden emergencies, please cancel immediately via email at info@pole4fit.com.
If the class is full, please join the waiting list. You will receive an email at least 6 hours before the class starts if a spot becomes available. Spots often open up, so treat being on the waiting list like having a class reservation. If a class is canceled due to low attendance, you will receive a text message and an email 5 hours before the class starts.
For uncancelled classes we will invoice you via email for the normal single class price and an administrative fee, totaling 30 euros. No-show payments can not be reduced from the serial card.
Remember to check in at the office when you arrive for class to avoid unnecessary invoices. Even members, pass holders, and monthly cardholders must check in. Please be considerate of other participants – only book classes you know you can attend!
Weekly classes can be booked through our website and paid for upon arrival at the class. Course spots are purchased from our online store.
