Pole dance class selection

For pole dancing classes, it's recommended to bring a water bottle and a small towel. Additionally, it's best to wear short shorts to maximize friction between the skin and the pole, which is crucial for this activity. Long-sleeved shirts and long pants are advisable for warm-ups. Please remove any jewelry, watches, etc., during the class. Shoes are not needed.

Poletech classes offer a suitable option for everyone interested in pole dancing, from beginners to professionals. We offer a wide range of classes where you can find the right level for yourself.

Beginner-level classes are suitable for anyone looking to explore pole dancing and learn its basics. Poletech 1 class is for first-timers and beginners, you'll learn basic spins, sitting and standing on the pole, and the basics of inversion. The class regularly introduces the movements and techniques needed for the next level. Poletech 2 beginners class offers a smooth transition to the next level, focusing on breaking down movements and sequences into parts and concentrating on basic movements at the intermediate level. Once you master the beginner level, you can also move directly to the Poletech 2 class.

For more advanced dancers, we offer Poletech 3 and Poletech 4 classes. These classes include long sequences, challenging strength and flexibility movements, and floor and pole acrobatics. Poletech 3 beginners class provides a smooth transition to the most advanced levels. The Poletech 4 class is the most challenging class and is suitable for long-time pole enthusiasts with excellent body control, as well as professionals.

Welcome to try our Poletech classes!

Choreography class focuses on dance and floor work. In this class, you'll develop body awareness and movement vocabulary, and learn to move more smoothly and integrate dance into pole movements. Dance sequences are developed over several consecutive classes, so you'll benefit the most by attending classes regularly. However, you're welcome to join at any time. Beginners may benefit from familiarizing themselves with basic techniques in the Poletech 1 classes before attending the Pole Choreo class. This dance-oriented class improves your aerobic fitness, so you'll perform better in other classes too!

The class introduces the basics of ballet technique, focusing on refining movement and body alignment fundamentals. Suitable for both beginners and those with prior experience in the discipline. It's recommended to bring soft ballet shoes to the class.

In the class, various starting points for movement are explored, including working with improvisation. Movement exercises can be done according to one's own skill level, as long as the basic pole technique is familiar. Bring along a curious mind!

In Sensual Pole classes, the focus is on dancing sensually, celebrating one's own body beauty. The classes involve working on dance choreographies and aiming to find a smooth flow between movements. Knee pads or at least long pants are good to have with you! If you prefer, you can bring platform heels to the class. Suitable for those who have mastered the movements of Poletech 2 beginners level.

Sensual Tricks class involves sensual movement on the pole and floor. Additionally, participants practice individual tricks suitable for this style. Knee pads are good to have with you! You can participate with or without platfrom heels. Suitable for those who have mastered the movements of Poletech 2 beginners level.

You can join a class at any time without commitment. Courses are comprehensive programs where by enrolling, you commit to attending the same course for its entire duration. Course-based training is particularly suitable for those who want to practice weekly at a regular time with a familiar group and instructor.

As a first-timer, you can get a 5-class pass for only 50€! You can use this offer if you are a new customer or a returning customer who hasn't made any bookings in the past 12 months. You can purchase the pass when you arrive at the studio for your first class. The card is valid 3 months from the purchase.

Are you wondering what to bring to your first class or what the difference is between a course and a week class? Below, you'll find answers to all the most commonly asked questions.

The doors will be opened 10 minutes before the lesson begins. Please arrive on time. Remember to check in at the office upon arrival. The doors will be locked during the classes.

For circus and aerial yoga classes, it's advisable to bring a water bottle along with form-fitting attire such as full-length pants and a sleeved, snug-fitting top that covers the armpits completely. Participants should remove all jewelry, watches, etc., and ensure that their workout attire doesn't have zippers or any other sharp or abrasive objects. Please also remove any makeup that may stain, keep your nails short, and tie back long hair. Socks may come in handy.

For pole dancing classes, in addition to a water bottle and a small towel for cleaning the pole, you need very short sleeved shorts, as friction between the skin and the pole is crucial in this activity. Please prepare for warm-up exercises with a long-sleeved shirt and long pants. Remove all jewelry, watches, etc., during the class.

All beginner classes as well as Poletech 1 classes are suitable for first-timers, and you can join them at any time.

Except for children's courses, the minimum age for our classes is 14 years old. Participants under 18 years require parental consent to participate.

Please remember to cancel your booking and waitlist spots no later than 12 hours before the class begins through our online booking system. After this, cancellations are possible in case of illness with a doctor's note. In case of sudden emergencies, please cancel immediately via email at info@pole4fit.com.

If the class is full, please join the waiting list. You will receive an email at least 6 hours before the class starts if a spot becomes available. Spots often open up, so treat being on the waiting list like having a class reservation. If a class is canceled due to low attendance, you will receive a text message and an email 5 hours before the class starts.

For uncancelled classes we will invoice you via email for the normal single class price and an administrative fee, totaling 30 euros. No-show payments can not be reduced from the serial card.

Remember to check in at the office when you arrive for class to avoid unnecessary invoices. Even members, pass holders, and monthly cardholders must check in. Please be considerate of other participants – only book classes you know you can attend!

Weekly classes can be booked through our online booking system and paid for upon arrival at the class. Course spots are purchased from our online store.
